Come let your baby be pampered! I have over 10 years experience working in vet offices, and am an experienced dog walker and sitter. I offer regular walks, am comfortable giving meds & fluids if needed and will give your baby all the love & attention you would give it. I am an animal lover, to the core!!! My own dog gets hour long walks along the Greenbelt and I am happy to bring your fur baby with! If you would prefer your own neighborhood, dogs get walked 2-3 times per day, minimum of 20 minutes per walk. (Depending on size, age, and energy level.) If your pup is a water baby, I'm happy to load them in the car or walk down to the beach, which is a 5 minute walk from my place! Why I love dog sitting: I have always loved dogs and spent 10 years working in an animals hospital, both as a receptionist as well as doing assistant vet tech work. The whole reason I worked there was because of my love of animals. (It certainly wasn't for the money!! Lol) I have had cats my entire life and believe it or not, Suzy is my first dog. In fact, I wasn't even planning on a dog, but I spotted her in the middle of the street, right in front of my house. I let her in, and she never left...(even after losing track of her 2 miles away...she simply found her way back!)...it was just meant to be! My experience administering medication: Yes. I am very familiar with giving meds and can even give insulin, if necessary, which I did for a client who had a pup with diabetes, for 2 years. I work from home part time and have oodles of time for your pet. Need a regular doggie walker while you're at work? Morning walks, sunset on the Strand, or anything in between. I am also available for overnights, in your home. I typically walk dogs 2-3x/day, depending on your dog's age and energy level. In the home, I will feed, make sure water bowls are full, give treats (if allowed) and of course, play and cuddle with your baby. I can also give meds if needed.
