Pet care experience
I've always had dogs in my family. I currently have a 9-year-old lab/pit mix and a 2-year-old lab/terrier mix at my parent’s home, and I miss them very much now that I’m away for college. My pit mix came from an unknown home and is a bit reactive towards other dogs, so I've got experience with dogs who need a bit more attention while we're walking.

Lorien was the perfect sitter for our two pit-mix pups! We met her before our trip so she could meet the dogs and they liked her right off the bat! Throughout our trip she sent me updates with photos and I appreciated that so much! It gave me so much peace of mind. We will definitely rebook with Lorien in the future!
Lorien was great! Really appreciated her care of both my dog Thistle and the house while I was away. I hope to have her back!
Lorien stayed at our house for a week and took care of our dog Osito. She was great! Osito is a Aussie shepherd mix and very high energy. He needs lots of attention and exercise. He also does not get along well with other dogs so she had to stay alert for dog encounters. She took him for hour+ walks and played with him. We came home to a very happy well-exercised dog. We will definitely hire her again.

I unfortunately don't have my own housing right now so I can't take care of pets in my own home, however, I do have experience pet sitting around my hometown, and I'm totally comfortable fitting into whatever place I need to be in to take care of your pet in their own environment.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors, like if they need to be walked a lot, or they need medicine, or they don’t like other dogs/people, etc. I don’t have a preference, I’m totally fine giving you dog the care that they need!
A typical day
I love going new places, and I’m relatively new to Boulder, so I’m excited to see your area and give your dogs an exciting walk every time. I also love to play and cuddle, and I can give your dog whatever attention they deserve.

I'm currently a college student at CU Boulder, so I'm fairly busy during the mornings and early afternoon, but I'm sure I can make almost any time work for your pet!
