Pet care experience
I have owned and trained several dogs over the past 40 years. My previous dog, Kody, earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen award at 5 months. I believe in frequent excersice and play, regular grooming, clean bedding and loads of affection. I only use positive rewards for behavior and a firm verbal command to correct. I have also previously worked with dog rescue with taining, evaluating behavior and foster care. Your pet will be one of the family and have lots of attention! I will endeavor to follow existing schedules, provide walks and opportunities to play. Your dog will feel relaxed and loved while in my care so you will have true peace of mind while you are not with them. Thankyou!

Lori was wonderful. This was our first time using Rover and leaving our 4.5 month old puppy with someone else for an extended stay. Lori did a great job keeping all our worries at bay. She was very responsive, quick to set up a meet and greet, and a home visit, and also very accommodating to our admittedly long list of instructions. Lori's experience came in handy when our puppy hit a growth spurt and needed to be fed larger quantities. He grew 6lbs! More importantly, we got back the same great puppy we had dropped off: Super happy and no new bad habits. Plus he can now go up and down stairs!
Lori was wonderful. We are so glad we found someone to comfort Walker during his first separation from our family. It was great seeing pics of Kody welcoming him in, and reassuring that we knew he was having fun with a dog buddy. Thanks so much Lori! Absolutely will use her again!
Annie had a great time in a 14 day extended stay at Lori’s house. She had so much fun she seemed a little reluctant to come back home!
First time client/overnight boarding for my 12 years old dog. Lori was great with her quick communication/responses throughout the booking process. A meet and greet was set up promptly and she was very accommodating with my short notice request for a 7 night visit. My dog got along with Lori's dog Cody. I appreciate very much how Lori handled an unexpected situation of loose stools on day 6 of the visit. She stayed up all night with my dog and cleaned my dog and dog bed (as much as practicable). She did all the right things in helping my dog's digestion try to settle, before I could pick up my dog a night early. No hesitation in re-booking for another visit. Lori really cared about the welfare of my dog. Thank you Lori for dealing with a messy situation that neither one of us expected.
