I love happy, friendly dogs! I especially adore puppies because of the positive energy they bring. I will gladly accept friendly, happy, energetic yet easy-going dogs who know or are learning basic commands and manners. If your pup has a temperament similar to that of a Golden Retriever's, I am the right sitter for you. I provide a safe, warm, loving home environment while you are away. While under my care, your pet will be treated as a guest of my dog and be included as a member of our family. I have been boarding dogs professionally for the past 2 years and prior to that, I have watched dogs for friends and family for over 20 years. I have owned dogs my entire life and over the past 30 years of my adult life I have owned "water-dog-retrievers". A male Golden Retriever, a female Chesapeake Bay Retriever, a male Yellow Labrador Retriever and now a 2-year-old female Chocolate Labrador Retriever. My husband and I own a home with a large yard and a swimming pool. The dogs I watch are highly encouraged to swim! I love hanging out and spending time with the pups I watch. You will receive multiple updates and photos throughout the time your pet is under my care. My entire home and yard is dog friendly and I will reinforce any training you have started...and perhaps introduce some new training. My goal is to provide both physical and mental stimulation for your pup as well as proper socialization with different people and other guest dogs.
