I believe that all pets are good. I love them all and feel each deserves extra attention while you are away to minimize their anxiety and yours. They all have their own special personality and I will care for only one pet at a time (or possibly two if they live together).

Lori is phenomenal! This was our first ever experience boarding our dog, Bodhi, and she did the best job making sure that he felt comfortable and at peace in her home. She sent lots of updates and helped us stay in the loop. He was having lots of separation anxiety and yet she withstood it all and handled it like a champ. Thank you Lori and kudos to you for rolling with the punches and keeping our big feeling at peace ❤️

For dogs, I have a locked, fenced-in spacious back yard with clean grass for zoomies. I live on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood if walks are agreeable. I accept only one client at a time. For cats, your home is the best atmosphere for them, and I would travel to yours (free within 5 miles) .

Walks are entirely dependent on the weather, and whether the dog is good on a leash. Medicines or special care would need to be discussed in advance.
A typical day
Dogs love to be brushed, walked and loved up. They like "good-dog" talk and even singing. Some dogs enjoy toys, some just want togetherness. Whatever yours prefers, we will enjoy it together.
