When preparing to care for a dog, it's essential to gather important information. This includes their medical history, dietary preferences and restrictions, behavioral traits, exercise needs, social interaction tendencies, preferred routines, emergency contacts, comfort items, training and command familiarity, and any special instructions from the owner. Having this comprehensive knowledge ensures the dog's well-being, comfort, and a positive experience during their stay.

When I'm watching dogs, I make sure they have a variety of fun activities. We'll go for walks every other hour to keep them active and engaged. I like to take them to special places like parks or trails to make the walks interesting. We'll also have outings to different environments for a change of scenery. Playtime is a must, whether it's fetch, tug-of-war, or just some good old-fashioned running around. I'll also engage them with mental stimulating games and puzzles to keep their minds sharp and entertained.
