From the initial meet and greet to when we picked up Gracie after her 2 weeks stay, Lorena was very responsive, attentive and caring. She let us know from the very beginning that there would be other dogs that she would be sitting during Gracie’s stay. Gracie absolutely loved being over there. Lorena updated us daily with pictures of Gracie doing various things. To see her so happy and also making new friends, made us feel more comfortable with leaving Gracie for such a long time. We were able to relax and enjoy our family vacation overseas. Lorena and her husband, Alex, took great care of Gracie as she was their own. Gracie had a little issue on the last day but Lorena tried to take care of it the best she could. She even checked up on her after we picked her up to see how Gracie was doing. I hands down would definitely recommend Lorena and will absolutely use her again! Thank you so much, Lorena and Alex!

I’m going to start this review off by saying Lorena and I initially did a meet and greet I brought over my Frenchie and my other dog she failed to mention there would be three other dogs there which can trigger my dogs in a new environment. Anyways we walk in and my frenchie peed on her doormat and then she says oh it’s okay he probably smells the other dog which is normal behavior in a new environment. They may mark any qualified dog watcher knows that she didn’t seem bothered by it the next day I drop them off and four hours later I get a message that my Frenchie is marking her house so I then apologize and it is a new environment and even sent her diapers to prevent again. I believe Lorena is not qualified to be a dog watcher she does not make you feel at ease in any way I believe her reviews are from her friends not people that actually booked her on Rover some of them. Then proceeded to message me again, the following day, not even 24 hours into their stay to condescendingly say your dog LOVES peeing in his diaper in her home. He does not normally act this way, and she had me reschedule my flight because I didn’t feel comfortable with them in her home with all of these complaints when you sign up to do a dog watching service that is what comes with the gig you know you’re going to be cleaning. It’s inevitable , especially when a pet enters a new home. She qualifies to watch your fish, not your dog I do not recommend Lorena she will not be watching my fur babies again. When a garbage man takes a job of throwing garbage out he can’t say oh it stinks I’m not taking this garbage can it smells worse than the other garbage cans every dog is different and she is not a qualified caretaker for your fur baby. I have used other people on Rover for two weeks and no complaints like this from my Frenchie. Lorena is unprofessional & unequipped to care for your fur baby.
