Pet care experience
Loreena's experience: Dogs and cats have been part of my day to day life ever since I was born. From early childhood I learned how to take care of pets and how to look after them to the point where I was entrusted by family friends and neighbours to look after their furry friends - this includes all kinds of pets, characters, age and sizes. I took the dogs for walk and entertained the cats, I feed and bathe them if requested and in some occasion I would even take them to the vet (if necessary). Pedro's experience: He owed a dog when young and has looked after one of my families cats and dogs for some time and some other pets here and there. In comparison to me, he doesn't have the same amount of experience, but he is very much capable of taking care of pets.

Loreena and Pedro have been excellent! They have been very flexbile and understanding despite last minute changes. They were happy to administer medication for our dog and were still happy to have Sassy with an ear infection. As soon as we arrived I could tell that Sassy likes to be there based on quickly jumped out of the car and went straight inside feeling like at home (it is the third time she has been with Loreena and Pedro). We received regular updates and photos of Sassy who seemed to have a great time while we were away. I cannot say thank you enough for the help provided and would certainly come back.
From our first visit to introduce Bertie, he felt immediately at home, leaving us with no concerns that he would be in safe hands. On the day he was due to stay he was wagging his tail before the door was opened. Such a welcoming and warm environment. Great communication too. Really happy we have found a place which is home from home for Bertie to stay if and when we are away. Will definitely recommend. Thank you both!
Loreena & Pedro have been brilliant this weekend. Their first time looking after our dog and he seemed right at home with them and came back really relaxed. Loreena kept us updated with pictures and was really easy to communicate with! Will definitely be using her again and would recommend to others!

Availability
I am available most days during the school summer holiday when informed in advance. When the school term starts, I am able to make sure your pet gets everything it needs in the morning and it will have all my attention once I am back from work in the afternoon (around 4/4:30pm). During the time I am not at home, my partner Pedro will be in all day as he is working from home, so your furry friend will always be in good company and looked after with great care.
