That was a such bad experience! I ordered a boarding service for my cat Constance, and when I picked Constance up, I found out there are naked skin, causing by hair loss, and a lot of clumps of her fur. The reason is London did not brush Constance. The current situation is I do not know how to deal with such large space of chunks of fur. Since she is painful when I was trying to brush these clumps, the only possible way that I can think of is to shave all her fur on the inner side of her body. And if you know a bit about cat, it will cause great pressure on Constance. And she seems to be traumatized because she stayed in the bathroom all day long, and refused to interact with human, which has never happened before. I asked for refund because it is already injury of hair and skin, she refused to admit the fact that she is not taking good care of Constance and rejected the refund request. Only book her if you want your pet to suffer and change personality completely!!!

London is an absolutely wonderful Rover. She was incredibly attentive to my dog making sure he got plenty of exercise and love while I had to be away. I will definitely have him stay with London again!
