Sure the title was "personal assistant," or "house manager" but most of my time with those titles I was really the dog nanny. I worked for fancy people that traveled a lot. That meant sleepovers!!! I loved having those happy tails at home with me. We play with squeaky toys, I have an enclosed sunny balcony where some dogs enjoy napping, we practice our sits and paw shakes and take lots of walks. I live in a safe clean neighborhood perfect for walks and judging lawn decor ;) My new job is in non profit with very flexible hours and the ability to work from home. I still dog-sit some of my old work dogs and would like to have more dogs in my life! I only take on one client at a time so I will only have YOUR dog in my care. That way I can give them all my attention, we can have more fun together and I truly believe it relieves separation anxiety. Small dogs under 20 lbs is my clientele. Sadly for the time being I will not be able to accept Frenchies, the world is just in a weird place… My home is a dog friendly home, they're welcome on the furniture, any dog bed they like or in an open crate if that makes them happy.
