Pet care experience
Hello my name is Lois Forder and have over 4 years of dog sitting and walking experience.🐶 I have trained my now senior dog Evie who is a yorkshire terrier x the black dog in my photos that I have uploaded. I have experience with two successful clients. One lady I dog sit for has two beautiful dogs Bertie and Pepper which I regularly dog sit and walk at least twice a week. I also walk a very active Sheep dog called Taffy twice a week as well. I believe that it is important to take each dog's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them😆 I have joined Rover to gain some extra dollar along side my Bar job. I thought why not join an App where I get to be with dogs and cats which I love!! I have a very active job so I am used to being on my feet and love taking long walks with my furry friends. I would love to be able to care for your furry friend🐶❤️🥰

So glad I found this app and Lois F, my two dogs Bella & Dexter aren’t the easiest of dogs and take a while to trust someone . They took to Lois immediately , she’s confident with them . And keeps me updated on how they are doing and of any concerns she has. Can’t thank her enough !
Lois is very responsive. She knows the areas around very well, and helped my dog settle in after the walk. A lot of updates on the walk with pictures and reviews.
Lois had been walking my two dogs since they were puppies and they adore her, Lois has also stayed at my house while I have been away and looked after my dogs, lois is trustworthy professional friendly and most of all so loving and caring to my most precious dogs. I try not to have a preference on dog breeds. I want to make sure i can fulfil everyone’s needs and can look after everyone’s dog!
A typical day
I try to stimulate them and play if they are wanting to play. Every dog loves a play!! However, a more senior or mature dog may just love the fact you are there with them and may not require as much stimulation as younger dogs. If they are young I can keep up with the training etc like playing tricks or maybe installing new tricks into their routine. I have experience with this because of my dog Evie who i trained when i was 12. I am now 26 and she is now 13 …. ?

Availability
I am a Bar tender and don’t start work till 4pm weekly. I am able to then give services in the middle of the day when most people would need it if they work long hours are needing for someone to look after or check in on their pet in the day.
