tl;dr - Logan is a nice guy, and if your dogs do not need to be walked during a particular window of the day, I’m sure he’d be fine! I needed my dogs cared for during a certain block of time (I always offer an at least 90-minute arrival window for the walks!), and Logan was regularly very late. The punctuality concerns are the reason this review is significantly less favorable than the reviews I typically write. I’m disabled, can’t walk my dogs too far myself, and work a downtown; as such, I keep a schedule to make sure my dogs have the opportunity to go potty as frequently as they need. I always give a 90-minute arrival window for their walkers - as long as my dogs get let out during those 90 minutes, the exact times don’t matter. I booked walks with Logan for the middle of that arrival window and was clear about how the timing should work. Unfortunately, Logan was regularly quite late, missing the entire window by up to 2 hours - which left my dogs unable to relieve themselves for long days while I was at work (and unable to leave midday and/or secure accessible transit home to let them out). On several occasions, I spoke with him directly about the need for arrival during the agreed upon window, but nothing changed. I again want to stress that this wasn’t about arriving 15 minutes late - it was regularly significantly later than we had ever discussed I wound up canceling future walks and scheduling with a different Rover provider who could commit to arriving during the agreed-upon, reasonable, and fair window!

Logan was very communicative and provided regular updates during the stay.
