Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats since my childhood. My family owned a pet friendly hotel and we had two amazingly social dogs. I helped train and care for them from birth, including administering medication, veterinary visits, walks, socialization, and end of life care. I had the opportunity to meet, sit, and walk many of our guest’s dogs and when requested help them socialize with my family dogs and cats. My family and friends have relied on me to help train, sit, walk, and administer medication to their pets for the last 12 years. I have taken many pets to the vet for family and friends. I understand that all pets, from puppies to seniors and everything in between, have different personalities and needs. Whenever I meet a pet, I take time to learn how to make sure it feels safe and comfortable so I can provide the best care. I am happy to socialize and play with a puppy, walk and hang out with a middle aged pup, and provide senior care to the older pups.

I have extensive experience crating dogs. I will ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable. I take time to understand the personality and needs of all pets I meet so I can give them the best care and attention possible. I have experience providing relief for arthritis in dogs. My own pet had arthritis toward the end of her life and I was instructed on pet massaging. In any home, I make sure to give pets my full attention when it is play or walk time. Especially during a walk I limit distractions (minimal phone usage and no headphones) to ensure the pet is safe. I will send you photos all the time to make sure you know your pet is safe and sound! I am also an amateur photographer and will take professional style photos of your pets for free!

A typical day
I will stimulate your pet physically and mentally. We will go for walks, play indoor games together, and do impromptu photo shoots! If your pet needs some rest, we will watch movies together. If your pet needs to let out some energy we will practice tricks, play fetch, or maybe play with some bubbles! I’m also happy to give your pet extra pets after a day of exercise!

Availability
I’m currently working remotely so I can sit, drop-in, and walk almost anytime! Unfortunately my current living situation does not allow me to care for pets in my home. I’m sometimes busy on the weekends but would love to take your pet on long walks with me! Just send me a message if my calendar shows unavailable for a weekend walk. My work allows me plenty of time to ensure all of your pet’s needs are met, including play, socialization, walk, medication, and other care.
