Pet care experience
Hello! Lover of animals here - especially dogs! Throughout my life I’ve interacted with dogs of all shapes and sizes and have always felt a close connection to them. I’m experienced in caring for both large and small dogs, young and old, and will always treat your fur babies with the same love as I do my own! I'm currently staying with some family and helping take care of their 2 older dogs, Lucy and Charlie (13 y/o mixed breeds). While I don't have a ton of firsthand experience training puppies, I'm happy to assist and continue any ongoing training that you've already started!

Logan house sat and watched my dog Lola for 10 days in December 2023. Lola is a pit mix rescue and has difficulty with other dogs, so it can be a challenge finding a caregiver who can meet her needs. Logan is endlessly patient and loving with Lola, energetically played with her to keep her engaged, and took Lola on long, adventurous walks. It’s obvious that Lola absolutely adores Logan through all the many pictures and videos he sent while taking care of her. Lola typically has a reduced appetite when being taken care of by a new caregiver, but consistently and enthusiastically ate her meals while under Logan’s care - a sure sign that she was comfortable and relaxed with him. I cannot recommend Logan highly enough as a caregiver or walker for your pet.

I'm very attentive and receptive to each dog's individual needs and willing to go above and beyond to ensure their comfort while under my care. I'm able to handle both large and small dogs that may have any special needs or requirements, such as lifting them, and their safety is always my #1 priority, especially when outside of their home.

If you have a particularly reactive dog, just let me know and I will try my best avoid any reactive cues (other dogs, squirrels, etc.).. I've had my fair share of experience haha!
A typical day
I thoroughly enjoy taking dogs on long adventurous walks or hikes and letting them sniff all the smells! I also love playing tug of war and fetch, and especially enjoy dogs that have a lot of energy and are playful.. the more zoomies the better! I can't wait to meet your pups!

I recently finished grad school and am seeking employment for my primary career, so my schedule is currently very flexible! I'm available from 7am-9pm during the week to spend quality time with your pups!
