Hello! My name is Logan Neeland, I graduated from Western Michigan University this past April and received my bachelors of science in behavioral science. I have grown up with animals my whole life and I also have my own cat named Zara. The last 3 years of college I spent time working as an animal trainer at KCASE and the SPCA, through a practicum offered at Western. Through this opportunity I conducted training sessions with cats and dogs where we worked on trick behaviors like sit, down, and stay, as well as decreased inappropriate behaviors like jumpy or mouthy. I conducted functional assessments on the cats and dogs, collected data, conducted rehab sessions and gave love and attention to each animal I worked with! I love being around animals and can’t wait to meet your pets!
