I grew up in a house full of animals. At 10 years old, I took over the responsibilities of caring for our dogs, cats, birds, turtles, and whatever animal wandered up in need of a home. At 19, I adopted Albus, my Belgian Malinois. After he completed his basic obedience classes, I took him for private sessions with a retired Air Force K9 handler, which is where I learned even more about working with larger working dogs. Now Albus and I have welcomed my girlfriend and her anxious little Boston Terrier, Daisy, into our household. From this, I've learned how to work with anxious dogs as well.
