I personally don't have any issue with the fact that she didn't have any review when I booked her for my dog's boarding at her place. Pro: Her price was extremely good, specially when some people here ask for $100/night. Both she and her mother are very kind, and sweet, my dog didn't seem to have any issues with her two cats or her child. She was able to take my dog in early in the morning, about 30 minutes earlier than I had originally asked. I did appreciate it. She was attentive and asked about his meal or medication schedule which my dog doesn't have. She played with him and took him out for many walks. When we got back home, he was relaxed instead of antsy and wanting to go out, which proves that he was busy playing with her. Con: For two nights I had my dog with her, I only had one update, that he was doing well, and got a very close up photo of him, which does not explain where it was taken or what he was doing. I had it in my profile and my request page that I'd like an update on my dog, but I had to ask how he's doing unlike the other dog walkers I booked from here that sent me updates every time they took him out for a walk. I understand that I didn't ask her to update me on a regular basis, and that she does have a less than a year old at home. If you do like regular updates, I believe you need to ask for them. I personally did not ask her for regular updates, thought what I had on the booking request page was enough. I didn't go inside the house. But the front room looked quite packed and messy. I didn't know where to set his bed, or I wasn't sure if he would have a place to roam around if he wants to. Overall, I am happy with my dog's stay with her.
