Pet care experience
My experience with pet care includes caring for my own 9-year-old English Bulldog/Boxer mix and sitting for my friends and neighbors' pets while they were on vacation or worked late. Before moving to Dundalk, I was the go-to pet sitter for my friends and neighbors. My own dog, Moose, had a rough start with severe allergies that led me to administer medications, including allergy shots. I tried many different types of foods, as well as herbal medicines. Through researching alternative medicines and diets, we are past that now, and he is perfectly healthy, with no medications necessary. I am patient, compassionate, reliable, and dedicated. I will treat your pet with love and respect, just as I do my own. I am an animal lover, regardless of breed or size. After being a full time mom of three, I decided it's time to follow my passion! I am a full time dog walker and take this responsibility seriously. I am insured. I am not bonded.

Llunaly is an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating dog sitter. She cared for my puppy Tango after I had surgery that limited my mobility for several months. Tango was still in training and she was patient, caring and kind with him. This was a huge relief to me. Llunaly is extremely reliable and clearly cares so much about animals. I do not have any breed preferences. I have a 60lb bulldog/boxer myself, so I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs. I would like to have a meet and greet prior to our first walk together. This will allow us to get to know each other and let your dog get comfortable with me. I would like to know about your pups temperament around other people and dogs, whether it has any medical conditions, any dietary restrictions, and any special care that might be required. I would also like to know his/her daily routine and if there are any rules the pup has that I should know about. Every family is different and I would like to spend a little time getting to know each family so we can build a lasting, trusting relationship. At the same time, I can answer any questions you may have about me.
A typical day
I do one-on-one doggy walks unless there is more than one dog in a household, all are welcome, for a small additional fee. I do not do group walks, as I like to give individual attention to each pup in my care. I enjoy taking them on nice, long walks, letting them sniff and discover. I am happy to go at whatever pace your pup enjoys, whether it be slow and leisurely, a light jog, or any pace in between. Being that it is summer, I am careful not to let them get overheated, which may call for extra belly rub time inside, depending on how your pup handles the heat. I always carry water and a bowl, in case the dog gets thirsty mid-walk. I, also, know that some dogs love the rain, and others won't set a paw outside when they see a raindrop. I am more than happy to splash through the rain with your pup, or wait until it clears up. I can provide GPS tracking of your pups walk showing the duration, distance, and any business that your pup may have done during the walk. I am cautious of my surroundings and of other dogs we may come across. I will never put your baby in harms way, but will proactively protect them, keeping them safe and happy. My focus and undivided attention will be on your pup while in my care. Their happiness and well-being is my number one priority.
