Lizzy was great initially and worked with my schedule to watch my dog. She was very friendly and my dog loved her and her dog Fancy. She then started showing signs she wasn't interested anymore and finally told me she wasn't able to watch her anymore which is totally fine but she was insistent that she continue to watch her the rest of the days we agreed upon. It was about one week after that conversation that I went to drop my dog off for the day and she stopped answering my phone calls and text messages leaving me waiting at her apartment building for an hour and making me hours late for work. I was so surprised at how unprofessional and inconsiderate that was seeing that I work in a hospital for long hours and cannot just leave my puppy at home in a crate all day or have the flexibility to be home. I had told her I was more than willing to find someone new and the fact that she was so adamant about watching her and then left me hanging was so rude. You simply cannot depend on her to watch your animal. Also, I see a great review about her staying at someone's house for Thanksgiving to watch their animal and she was also watching my dog at her apartment that day so that explains why my dog smelled like urine when I picked her up that day. Very disappointing.

In my first use of Rover.com, I booked 4 hours with Lizzy. She was very responsive at first, sending photos of her dog. Then she asked if I had paid yet. On the day I reserved, she did not answer my texts, so I had to find another place for my dog. I'm not sure if she is a real person. DONT USE HER!!!!
