I’ve always had both a dog and cat growing up! I truly love and respect all animals I meet. I can read animals moods well and will adapt to what their needs are. I am also an RN, so I am used to doing dirty work if accidents happen or special medical needs are to be met.

She is a very respectful with dogs. All dogs have different temperaments and she knows how to adjust and give them the care they want/need.
Lizzie has watched my 2 cats and dog numerous times and all 3 of them love her! She knows how to interact with cats and is always down to be active with my dog and is great at handling her in social situations.

The dogs disposition is usually good to know before I introduce myself to them. It is helpful to know the temperament of the pup so I know how to approach them. Also, what their favorite activities are for when we do establish a trusting relationship.
A typical day
First, I like to chill/pet for awhile so the dog is not overstimulated or weary of me. Then, read what the dogs needs are at the moment; whether that be needing to play for a bit or go for a walk.

I am a full time, night shift RN for Barnes. I work 3-4 days a week and I want to spend my free time helping with animals! I also travel often and would love to meet new furry friends along my journey.
