Pet care experience
I have loved and been around dogs my whole life. I got my first dog as a puppy when I was 10 years old. I also started dog sitting for neighbors at this time. I would go over 2-3 times a day to let the dogs out and feed them. I have been dog sitting ever since mainly for friends and family as needed. I cannot house dogs overnight at my place. I am able to make day visits and overnight stays at pet's places. I have some experience giving oral meds that required me to put my hand in a dog's throat. I also have experience hiding meds in food. I love most all friendly dogs. I have a 2 year old red rick coonhound mix named Eddy.

Lizzie was very communicative and detail-oriented. She was extremely punctual and sent pictures with the check-ins. She is very professional. I always feel a bit sad having to leave my cat when I am out of town but she made it much more comfortable and much less stressful.

We live in a townhome with a shared backyard. It is fenced on 3.5 sides. I am always with my dog when he is outside. Clients dogs are kept on a leash unless at a dog park or in a fenced area.

How do they react to other dogs when on a leash? How do they react to different types of people (tall, genders, kids, etc)? I prefer non pit bull type dogs. But would consider on a case by case basis.
A typical day
I am an avid runner and hiker. I have a car and can take dogs to nearby parks or natural areas for walks, fetch, etc.

I work part time and am in grad school full time. Mornings are typically the best but that depends on the times of my classes each semester.
