Pet care experience
As a long time pet sitter and owner, I will do my best to make sure your pets are happy and well cared for! The big white shepherd in my photos had a wonderful life and taught me almost all I know about dogs either by his own attitude or conversations with other pet owners. He's no longer with us, but I've opened up my home to more dogs so his memory lives on! I have a large backyard, a quick walk to hiking trails, and plenty of enrichment for smaller dogs as well!

I have known Lizz since she was a little girl. She was in love with My Golden Disney and was a frequent visitor when Disney had 2 litters. Lizz has taken care of my 2 male labs many times and I feel 100 percent comfortable having her stay at my home with them. She is an awesome human being and one of the biggest animal lovers I know.

I live in a three bedroom cape with a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood just outside downtown Hudson. Dogs who like to explore will love to go on walks as I am in a dog friendly neighborhood with lots of wooded areas and trails nearby to hike on.

A typical day
I love a good walk, and dogs staying with me will get as many short or long walks as they like. Normally we will do a short walk in the morning, play in the backyard or nap as the pups prefer, and a longer walk in the afternoon or evening. Dogs wanting more exercise also might get a short car ride (or walk if they don't love cars) up to the rail trail in the center of town.

Availability
I’ve had many years of dog ownership already to work out my routine with any animals in my care. I teach, so my mornings are on the early side leaving plenty of afternoon time for my pet guests. All after work activities are easily fitted around pet schedules, and my summers and vacation weeks are normally very clear for longer or more involved pet sitting needs. Your dogs schedule and routine are super important and I will work to maintain them as best as I can while they are with me.
