Pet care experience
I’m very energetic and love keeping up with pets! I have 2 dogs of my own, a Lhasa Apso and a Silky Poo. I have experience in potty training dogs as well as teaching my dogs simple commands. I like to keep up with any dog’s needs and make sure that they are taken care of properly. I am available early mornings between 5 AM and 7:30 AM for those that work early in the morning. I’m also available evenings after 4:30 PM until whenever necessary. On Fridays, I am available after 4:30 PM and I have an OPEN SCHEDULE for weekends. I am able to stay overnight for those who require it. I have a vehicle if a pet needs to be taken to any appointments such as grooming or other necessary services. Liz was fantastic, I can’t say enough good things about her - absolute dream of a house/pet sitter. One of my dogs was on medication and is leash reactive but none of that phased Liz. She was proactive with updates and sending us pictures of our pets and we came home to a spotless house. I was anxious about having a sitter as we’ve had some bad experiences in the past but I knew after the meet & greet my fur babies were in great hands. I’d absolutely recommend Liz & will definitely book with her again!
This is the second time we’ve had Lizmarie stay with our dog. She not only takes good care of him, but she also takes great care of the house. We will definitely be asking her to watch Bigfoot again!

I always make sure that my dogs are comfortable! This can include anything from always having food and water to making sure they are comfortable with the temperature of the room that they’re in ( I always have blankets available if my dogs get a little chilly). I like to ensure that they always have a safe place to go to get away from crowded areas as well, if necessary.

I would like to stick to the routine that is already in place for your pet. Therefore, if there is a set schedule for your dog, it would be good information to have. This is so that any confusion can be avoided in your pet’s daily routine.
A typical day
Walks in the park, playing with toys (able to keep up with high-energy dogs and will adapt to the more calm breeds), bonding activities that are adapted to individual pets.

Availability
I’m currently working full time from 8 am to 4 pm. I am available for house sitting during the weekdays and weekends. I am also able to do check ins during the early mornings as well as evenings. On weekends, I am available for all activities such as walking, house sitting, drop-ins and grooming appointments, if needed.
