Did not house sit, treated house sitting more like a drop in appointment which is not what was requested. My dog was left alone way too long throughout the day and destroyed my door even more and even the floor of the front door is torn apart. Upon arriving home, there was a pile of poop as well which is something that should be easily avoided especially when hiring someone to dog sit. I know my dog was left unattended for more than 13+ hours because I work 12 hour shifts with 0 issues. He felt abandoned and he is definitely traumatized now whenever I leave because of the possibility of being abandoned for 13+ hours. The odds of me coming home and finding a pile of poop should never be a chance, which leaves me forced to assume that there were multiple occasions when the dog sitter came in to the home with poop/pee needed to be cleaned up more than once. Does not matter whether it’s true or not, but the fact that it did happen upon my return. What’s worse is that Rover did not do much about it either. Damages and trauma took place. Will not hire again Will not be using rover again. Most of my appointments have been with Wag! With 0 issues everytime. This is the 2nd time I used rover and found too many problems with 0 solutions

Everything went so smooth! Lizeth is so kind and easy to work with on the exchanges. I got videos, pictures and updates. My dog Bella was worn out when I picked her, and she has a lot of energy so I know she got a lot of attention. I rebooked with Lizeth again for Sunday!
