Training for My First Pup 🐶

Pet care experience

I’m looking to adopt my own pup soon, but realized they require a lot of attention. I need some training, so what better way than dog sitting. I work from home. My schedule is very flexible. I go out for a walk at least once a day. I frequently take my mother's dog out for walks as well as to the dog park here at Plaza Park. I'm more than willing to learn any tips/tricks/strategies to better equip myself to take care of your little fur baby, as well as my own in the future.

Liza was extremely thorough and very responsible when caring for my dog Sixx. He is generally nervous when meeting new people or being cared after by somebody when I'm not around, but Liza had a very light easy energy about her and I think Sixx also picked up on that. I trust her with my dog and would definitely have her watch over him again!! Thank you so much Liza.

Each pet requires different care. I once cared for a dog that was deaf, but her owner was unaware of it. Finding new ways to get her attention, and new ways of training her was a fun new challenge, but we found what worked for her. When caring for pets in my own home, I make sure everything they are used to having at their own home is provided. A bed, water and food try in an accessible location, play toys, doggy pen, opening for outside, etc.
