I love dogs of all sizes and breeds, and they love me back - puppies, teenagers and seniors! I take special pride in caring for them as if they were my own. I'm outgoing, athletic, super loving and patient when it comes to your furry family member; especially seniors who need extra special handling or puppies who need someone to understand that life for them is like a fishbowl. I've volunteered at shelters, given my time at boarding facilities, helped friends out with walks, play dates, or overnights stays. I have had the privilege of amazing dogs in my life - past and current. Whether we walk, hike, run, or cuddle - your dog will surely have a fun time with me and always with a smile!

Our dog Rosy LOVES spending time with Liza and her own pup Gabi. Liza is an avid hiker and walker taking Rosy on new adventures all the time. Besides the great exercise and loving care she provides, she knows how to get our dog to obey which makes walking a better experience for everyone. Sometimes I drop her off just for some playtime and she never wants to come back home. We’ve gotten to know her well over the last 2 years and I highly, I mean HIGHLY recommend Liza (and Gabi!) to give your pups some well-deserved attention.
My wife and I own a Dog Boarding and Doggie DayCare facility in Northern California. Liza worked for us for over a year and provided excellent care for our clients. We have a service where our staff stays the night in a king size bed with our boarding dogs and Liza did that job for us. Liza was always on time, had an excellent work ethic and most importantly loves dogs! That’s what we care about most and that’s why we were so lucky to have Liza work for us. On walks and hikes, your pet will have the added benefit of meeting and socializing with my super friendly Spanish Water Dog named Gabi. I believe socialization is key to a healthy and happy pet of all ages. But if you prefer, we can arrange for a non-social outdoor activity. At your home, we will exercise, eat, drink and be merry! After which, we will have quiet time where your pup will hopefully take a siesta until you return home. If your furry love needs a brush, happy to do so!

Not all pets are equal I would love to hear about your family pet and their personalities. To ensure he/she gets the most of their day, please let me know if there is any special care I should know about - do they have allergies, are they excitable at the door or gun shy, do they get nervous or react to certain noise or objects, how are they around children/other dogs, what's their bathroom routine, favorite toy, treats? All feedback welcome!
A typical day
Dogs love stimulation and to be a part of something. When we are outdoors on a walk or hike - it's about exploring in a safe environment, heightening their senses, being one with nature, breathing the fresh air, and well...just being a dog! Some of our favorite spots are Griffith Park, Runyon Canyon Park, Fryman Canyon Park, Glendale Narrows Riverwalk, Bette Davis Picnic Area, and Los Angeles Equestrian Center loop. Whether we are walking right from your front door or a short distance to a hiking/walking trail, your buddy will rule the day and be happy for it! Indoor play is just as fun with fido games that keep them entertained; whether in the backyard or in the living room + lots of snuggles and belly rubs are a must.

Availability
I'm a real estate agent and have flexibility on the weekdays that will allow me to give your pet an extra hug or walk in their day. Mornings and afternoons for visits, walks, play dates are best. I can be flexible in the evenings depending on time and open to weekends, if my schedule allows.
