I have owned a dog my entire life and feel that nothing compares to the joy a dog brings! I am home full-time and have a fully fenced yard. I enjoy being active with dogs; running, walking, playing fetch, etc. I have small children at home who also love to do the same! I have experience mostly with large outdoor dogs as well as smaller dogs who are indoor dogs only. I have successfully crate trained our female black lab, Bernie. She is 6 years old and she loves my kids as much as I do! I am strict about not allowing dogs on my bed and only allow them on my furniture if they are non shedding.
