Pet care experience
I am a lifelong animal lover and pet parent. Growing up, our family always had multiple pets and my mother fostered shelter dogs in our home. My love for animals became my first job and I began pet sitting for friends, family and neighbors when I was just a teenager. I have experience with domestic pets from cats, dogs and birds to fish, lizards and snakes. Prior to moving to Florida, I resided in Vermont where my pet sitting jobs often included taking care of chickens, goats, cows and pigs! Currently our family includes a senior dachshund that we raised since 8 months. I look forward to meeting you and helping to take care of your beloved family members.

Liza is a very caring and compassionate person! She has a dog of her own which she has had for several years "Maple", and you couldn't ask for a better mama then Liza. She is fun, responsible, and has a big heart for all animals! I highly recommend her as she is someone you can trust to take good care of your babies and they will be in good hands!!
Liza is a caring and trustworthy pet sitter who will provide safe, personalized care for your pet. Liza is a dog owner herself for over ten years and previously had cats as well. I have used Liza to care for our cats in our home while we were away more than a dozen times. This includes extended vacation periods. Liza would visit our house twice a day for feeding, litter cleaning and pet playtime. She would even bring in the mail. I found her to be trustworthy, careful and caring towards our animals and our home. I highly recommend Liza for your pet care needs.

For Drop Ins, I am happy to provide the following. Fresh food, water and treats. Administer medication if need. Snuggles, pets, belly rubs and playtime. Waste pick up, including litter boxes. I will plan to spend around 30 minutes in your home making sure your pet has everything they need to get through the day until you come home. For Dog Walks, I am willing to provide the above services as needed and take your buddy out for a 15-20 minute walk, depending upon their activity level. As a responsible dog owner myself, your dog will always be leashed and walked in a safe area, and will be properly picked up after. Please feel free to let me know of any special requests or requirements. Need me to water your houseplants? No problem. Bring in the mail? Sure thing. (Additional rates apply for longer stays and multiple pets. I am willing to negotiate pricing for special circumstances.)

Please let me know if your pets have any specific likes or dislikes. Things they may be nervous or scared of, like loud noises or certain people or places. I am happy to administer medication if needed. Please let me know if there are any health or safety conditions I should be made aware of.
A typical day
I love a good game of fetch or tug of war. We can enjoy a nice walk with plenty of time to check out all the sights and smells along the way. This would of course be followed by belly rubs and treats!

Availability
I am currently a stay at home mom, so I have lots of available time and flexibility in my days. Whether it's a drop in to feed and check on your pets or a nice walk around the neighborhood with your best buddy, I can accommodate most any schedule. I am generally available from 9 am - 8 pm for visits. Please note, I have a 7 year old son who may be required to accompany me on some visits, particularly in evenings.
