Hi there! Thank you for considering me. I/We would love to provide a loving home for your cat while you are away. I have been a cat owner for over 25 years. I have owned cute tabbies of all colors, shapes and sizes, and have had a couple hairless Sphinx in our family as well. At the moment, due to allergies we do not have cats/dogs of our own, but cat sitting is the perfect balance of providing a temporary, loving home (and only managing allergy symptoms for a few days/week at a time). Our family currently consists of my husband, our 9 year old daughter, and myself. My daughter is very respectful of animals and very able to give them space. We promise to shower your cat with love and attention.

Liz and her family took wonderful care of my cat Noni. They provided daily updates and photos and were super quick to respond both prior to and during the stay. They were well prepared with everything needed for Noni’s visit too. Highly recommend!
Liz and her family took care of our pets while we were moving house and it was such a stress-free experience. She sent a bunch of photos, videos, and updates throughout the day so I never had any worries about the two of them. We’ve always had a friend watch them at our house, so I was nervous about how they would react at someone else’s home, but they seemed to settle right in and enjoyed their day away! We’re really glad to have found a new sitter for our babies.
Liz and her family cared for my cats as if they were their own. I got regular updates, photos, and videos which made my day and I felt great knowing my pet family members were so well loved while I was gone.

We have a 3 bedroom, 1800sq ft home for your cat to explore. We only book 1 family at a time, so your cat(s) will have 100% of our attention. We start out in the office to acclimate to new smells and environment , and then adventure out to the rest of the house. I am happy to do a meet and greet beforehand, so you feel comfortable with the living arrangement for your kitty/cat. I also love taking pictures and can send them daily (or not, if you'd rather I hold off). We can offer complementary grass seed litter (no dust, sustainable) and litter pan; and can brush him/her daily. Please provide food, (and litter/box/scooper if your cat is particular), scratching post (if needed), and anything else you’d like to provide for your cat’s comfort for familiarity (toy, blanket). Thank you!! (PS, please disregard ‘dog’ signs throughout the property. It is meant to deter burglars 🙃. We only board cats.).

Thank you for reading through my profile!! The extra pickup/drop off service option is limited to a <20 minute driving radius of 90043. Please kindly have your cat’s nails clipped before dropping off. We do have scratching posts and encourage scratching in appropriate areas, but having them trimmed before coming let’s us focus on positive experiences while they are here. *****Please note:***** Unfortunately, we are not currently equipped to board cats who have special needs or challenges with litter use (if there are litter issues, I may request compensation for any damages and/or will need to restrict the cat to one designated room during the entire stay, but will explore options with you before doing so). We are not equipped to board cats with behavioral concerns or cats who do not do well with children. We are unfortunately also not equipped to manage cats that are ill and needing medication. Our experience has been that they are sometimes not themselves and we have encountered unsafe behavior when the sick visitor is not feeling well, unfamiliar with us and then also put in a new environment. I am sorry we cannot consider your pet in that situation and would love to be considered when they are well. ** We will otherwise provide a playful, loving, quiet home for your healthy cat. **
A typical day
We board cats exclusively. We will play/ exercise/ pet your cat, as well as, give him or her space to rest. We will always keep cats indoors.

I am at work 2 days a week and telework the other days, my husband and daughter homeschool, so our home almost always someone there to give love.
