Dogs are the meaning of life!

Pet care experience

Hello Pet Parents! My name is Liz, and I can't wait to meet your dog! I am the person in the group that yells "PUPPY!" whenever I see a dog--whether in the car, on the phone, or in a TV show. I've lived with dogs my whole life and have been told that I'm a "dog whisperer." I lost my very own rescue dog Hudson (Newfoundland, 15 years old) in 2020, and it's brought me much healing and joy to care for your pets in honor of his memory. I am available for dog walks throughout the week. Need your pup to burn off that puppy energy? Let’s hit the Legacy Trail and run! Or maybe your senior needs a leisurely stroll to sniff around and soak up some sun? Or your good doggo just needs a chance to stretch his legs at lunch? Sign me up! Hiring a stranger to care for your dog is no easy task, so let me set your mind at ease: in addition to loving animals, I work for a major, Dallas-based airline. I have passed all their thorough background checks and have recently won Employee of the Year. I take my job very seriously, and you can depend on me to demonstrate the same good judgement and reliability that earned me this award when you hire me as well! I'm so excited to offer my services for when you need a helping hand! --Dog walking: I offer times throughout the day, including early mornings --Dog running: I am a daily runner and would love to bring your dog along with me to hit the trails and burn off their extra energy (not to exceed 6 miles a day) --Drop-in visits: I can stop by throughout the day for potty breaks, to administer meds, or offer playtime --Boarding: on a case-by case basis in my home. I have a fenced yard + additional acres of land for long-leash exploration. COVID-19 Precautions: --I use hand sanitizer right before entering your home and right after the service ends. --I am triple vax’d. —I am happy to wear a mask while in your home, just ask! I look forward to getting to know you and your dog!

Liz was awesome! We were able to reach out to her last minute and she met up with us and our fur baby same day. She was kind, attentive, followed all directions, and sent pictures to put our mind at ease. Would definitely recommend her!

Liz came and let my dogs out for me while out of town, sent the cutest pictures and communicated the whole way through it! Left thorough reports on how they did on each visit and went above and beyond while here with them! So thankful for Liz and we will definitely choose her every time we need a sitter.

While I do work a “9-5” office job, I have flexible, remote hours throughout the week, so I am able to offer times from early morning to late night on days I work from home. Recurring daily booking are not offered as my schedule is unpredictable week-to-week. However, I love seeing your dogs and will try my best to be available! Please let me know if you have a specific timeframe in mind.
