What can I say about Liz. We booked Liz to watch our pup two weekends in a row. Liz canceled on us the day before our dog’s first stay. She was apologetic and assured us that she would be available the following weekend. We told her we understand things happen, but we asked again if she was sure she would be available because we had plane tickets to visit family out of town. She confirmed and thanked us for being understanding. We really wanted to give Liz the benefit of the doubt. Liz decided not to answer any of our messages when it was time to drop off our dog the following weekend. I asked her to please let us know if she was canceling because we needed time to find an alternative sitter. She did not respond to us or to Rover Support. We scrambled to find someone to watch our dog to no avail and had to drive 2 hours each way to drop her off at a relative’s house, barely making it in time for our flight. Liz has still not reached out to explain or apologize in any way. I would not recommend booking with Liz unless you love being let down.

Took such good care of my baby while I was gone!
