Pet care experience
I would love some extra companionship with your dog! Since moving to London with my husband from Arizona, USA in 2015, I’ve been working remotely from home and have used my flexible schedule and ample free time to look after dogs on the side. l've always been the dog watcher for our friends, family, coworkers, etc., because everyone knows how much I love dogs; a couple friends referring to me as 'Momma Liz' to their pets. I love animals, and while we do need some additional income, I am also watching pups for the pure joy of spending time with dogs, since owning one isn't in the cards for us right now. Most days I already spend quite a bit of time walking or running in London's beautiful parks, so taking your pup out for some fresh air and exercise would be fun for us both. I love taking pups with me around the city when I am out and about - I'll never leave your dog alone for doggy daycare and will only leave them if absolutely necessary for boarding. I love to watch new puppies too! I've gotten a lot of experience over the last seven years helping new doggy owners train their puppies when minding them. Both my husband and I are very responsible people raised around pets our entire lives. We always see visiting dogs as members of our family, giving them plenty of cuddles, attention, and lots of love! I hope to watch your pup soon! Cheers!
Reviews
I cannot say enough good things about Liz. She walked/cared for my little dog Tom for years and there is no one else I could recommend more than Liz. She loves Tom and he enjoys his time with her more than being home with me :). She is great with communication and Tom ended up spending so much time with her, loving every minute of it; she really got to know his personality and is a true dog lover.
Liz and Alex were great! Very good communication and very helpful and flexible. Definitely will ask for their help again!
Liz has looked after my dog for a week while I was away as well as taking her for walks generally here and there. I recommend Liz 100%. She was so good with my dog, helping her to settle and sending me regular updates and photos to put my mind at ease as it was the first time I’d left her with anyone. Liz even managed to give her a little groom which my dog never lets me do 😊... Thanks Liz!
Liz was wonderful looking after my pooch. She did a great job and she sent updates. I would highly recommend ? Thanks Liz!

PLEASE NOTE - While I love all dogs, our two-bedroom flat can only accommodate two dogs at a time. A dog larger than 25lbs is probably not a good fit for us to watch in our home, but happy to watch larger dogs at yours! - We unfortunately do not have double pane windows so noises are sometimes unavoidable from people walking outside our flat, and/or from people in our building entering or leaving the main entrance. A dog that is extremely barky/yappy at the smallest sound will not be a good fit. - Please let me know if your dog does not work well with other dogs. I have a couple 'regular' dogs I walk and/or provide doggy daycare for. I will let you know before caring for your dog if I’ll have one of my 'regulars' with me while looking after your dog for the first time, but these few ‘regulars’ are the BEST dogs to watch with a puppy new to doggy socialization, and/or other dogs. I have watched them for years and they are extremely calm and well socialized dogs who don’t react to excitable new friends or puppies. -I've watched/helped train a number of puppies! I understand how nervous you might be to leave your new pup for the first time, and I would love to help make it a smooth process. - A hyper adult dog that requires a lot of tiring out, or can't really settle down, won't be a good fit in our flat (puppies who have bursts of energy are totally fine) - Do you have a larger dog, or prefer someone staying at your flat for overnight dog boarding or daycare? No problem! I am happy to stay at other flats! If needed, I can provide references for people I have flat+dog sat for in the past.
A typical day
Although I work remotely, I am ALWAYS out and about so you can anticipate your dog being quite tired after a busy day with me! I take dogs with me everywhere I go when watching them (they are never left at home alone when under my care), and additionally love to run and walk in nearby parks daily.
