Pet care experience
Hi! My name's Liv and I'm 19, almost 20, so I have almost 20 years of dog experience! I've been raised with dogs all my life, and just adopted my own service dog about a year ago (a husky named Keating!). I grew up with labs and retrievers, but huskies are my FAVORITE. I've been told I'm good with dogs and people! I have a very flexible schedule especially with college being out for summer, so I have more time to give to animals, but even when the school year starts I only have classes twice a week. Like I said, I'm absolutely in love with huskies! I also love Australian shepherds, and the most experience I've had is with labs and retrievers. I'd like to know the dog's age, if they have any medical history, and what they like to do for fun. I also usually have errands during the day, so I need to know how often the dog usually needs a potty break!
A typical day
We can go on walks or even to off leash dog parks with the owner's permission. Mostly I like to lounge around with my dog, so that's how we'd most likely spend the evenings. But during the day we can play in the yard too!
