Since I moved into my own apartment, I have become a dog sitter. In my hometown, I regularly cared for 20 dogs. During their families' vacations, I hosted dogs at my home. I pay close attention to stress symptoms and apply an individual approach. Sometimes, a pet may need my emotional support, and if not, I give it time to cope and adapt. I have enough experience to build a great connection and trust with a dog. I took care of my boxer dog throughout my childhood. A few years ago, my husband and I adopted a stray puppy, but it was weak due to a congenital disease and only lived for 2 years. I can assist you in visiting the vet with your pet. While my English is not perfect, I understand that dogs do not comprehend language but respond to voice and emotions :)

Liubov took great care of our corgi! She took time to learn details about his schedule and really prioritized his safety, even adding her own second leash on walks. It was a great mix of detailed care and still dedicated play time!
Our little Candy is pretty anxious in general, and so are we. We adopted her two months ago as first time dog owners and one concern we had was how we’d find care for her during our multi-day trips. We’ve never been away from her for longer than 4 hrs so planning for a 5-day trip was nerve-wracking. And parting with Candy for the first time was probably as distressing for us as it was with her. However despite all of this, Liubov did such a great job with her! We gave her a list of our daily routines and she was very patient - once Candy opened up to her, she was able to pick up where we left off. We got updates every day which made us feel much more relaxed about our decision. It was so heartwarming seeing Candy look more calm in Liubov and her husband’s presences with each passing day. Highly recommend her dog boarding services!

As first time users of doggy day care services and Rover, Liubov exceeded our expectations and made our whole experience so comfortable. She was very patient and empathetic towards our leash reactive dog, whom we recently adopted.. Our dog was so quick to warm up to Liubov and she continued to reinforce training strategies of positive reinforcement with her. She helped ease our anxieties by providing updates with videos and photos throughout the day and was very communicative. We will DEFINITELY be booking with Liubov again!

Safety is priority. I prefer to duplicate ammunition. It means if your dog walks in a harness I would like to attach an extra leash and fasten it to my torso. I'll take familiar routes to avoid pet's stress. Every interaction with other dogs is under my complete control. In the apartment and outdoors, I monitor the surroundings to ensure that the pet doesn't swallow anything unnecessary and doesn't harm itself. I understand that animals often have their own resting place, and it's their personal space. Additionally, I make an effort to clean up or hide items that may pique the pet's interest but could be damaged by them: shoes, plants, soft toys that don't belong to them.

A typical day
Depending on the dog's temperament, I choose the appropriate activity for a given situation. For puppies and young dogs, I aim to diversify their environment. We explore new textures and scents, learn to slow down and observe people and other dogs during walks, get used to the sounds of the big city, and embrace new experiences! For adult and senior dogs, I am happy to provide a comfortable space in any part of my apartment, offer personal space for adaptation, and take leisurely walks without additional distractions.
