Pet care experience
I've been taking care of a special needs cat I took in from the street for almost 3 years. When I took him in he was in bad condition and dealing with various ailments. Over the course of almost 3 months, however, I nursed him back to health with a long and rigorous treatment process that included various oral and topical treatments. Today, he's living his best life. If your pet is special needs, anxious, or just needs a little extra patience, I have personal experience going the extra mile.

I won't make sudden movements around them or try to pet them until they come to me/show an indication of being open to that. Outside of that, I trust the routines/instructions owners have developed for their own pets and am happy to abide by that.

Lissette can watch in your home
Availability
With sufficient notice (at least three days), I'm happy to work with your needs. Open to morning, lunchtime, or evening drop-ins. I'm also available for house-sitting as long as I'm able to leave for short periods of time in the early morning and evening to feed my own cat. I have a full-time job Monday through Friday 9-6 CT. It's remote and flexible so it won't impact my ability to keep an eye on your pet. However, I do have to hop on zoom calls from time to time. Just something for owners to know upfront.
