Pet care experience
I have experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, and some small birds. My first pet was a rabbit who I had for nearly eight years. I grew up with dogs in my home and have also dog sat for many people I know personally and through Rover. While I’m newer to caring for cats (I have had my cat for about two years) I have learned a lot about them and feel comfortable with them. My family has also had birds (mostly parakeets) that I learned to care for while I was growing up.

We love Lisley!! My pup (Nora) is always so happy to stay with her and I know Lisley cares Nora like her own. Nora and Lisley’s cat, Bash, have become fast friends (they both like to lounge around so it’s a perfect match). I love getting pictures throughout Nora’s stay and Lisley always keeps me updated with how each day went.
Lisley is the best there is! She is a very thorough communicator. She provides detailed updates and lots of awesome photos to help give peace of mind. Our two orange cats were so cared for. Lisley went the extra mile and I will absolutely be booking her again in the future. I can’t recommend her enough.
Lisley was a stellar catsitter! My cat Gomez had a blast, and even got some outside time. Lisley sent plenty of pictures, too, so I could see what Gomez was up to.

I live in an apartment with a small dog park and in a very walkable neighborhood. I can keep a crate in my apartment or let your pet roam free, whatever is preferred!

Information Lisley C. would like to know about your pet
If your pet has any special needs I would like to know ahead of time to ensure that I’m capable to provide them with the best care. I have to administer IV fluids to my own cat so I’m comfortable doing that as well as administering topical and oral medications as needed. I also have given my cat injections and I am comfortable doing that too. If there’s anything beyond that, that your pet requires I would just like more information to assess my capabilities.
A typical day
I always base activities on the pet’s preference. If I’m caring for a dog that likes to socialize then I will take them down to the dog park at a peak time so he/she can play with other dogs. If the dog likes longer walks then we will do that, but also if the dog likes to take quick walks or just walk around and sniff, I just adjust to what they want. I’m also always happy to lounge around and have a lazy day with a dog if that’s what they prefer.

Availability
I work mostly from home and only go into the office one day I week. When I’m working from home my schedule allows me to take time as needed! I like to break up my day with a walk and love when I have a pup companion. My cat is my work from home buddy and he does well around other cats and dogs, so I can also watch your pet in my home if your pet gets along well with cats!
