Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets since the day I was born but I did not have the responsibility of owning a pet til I was in my 20s; when Leah came into my life and changed it/me forever. I have worked with dogs in multiple capacities not limited to managing a doggy day care, administering oral medication, dog walking/boarding as well as helping a friend groom dogs for her business (mostly baths and brush outs). I also have experience with reactive dogs as well as positive reinforcement training and balanced dog training.

Lisa did a great job watching my two dogs! Her home is set up well for stays, updates were consistent and she took wonderful care of them (including one who is a recent rescue and still adjusting to his new life). I would absolutely recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Does dog have any behavioral issues I should be aware of. What is their philosophy on training, positive reinforcement, and discipline. Does dog take any medication or have any health issues or allergies. Are there any other specific house rules. (i.e. no shoes in the house, dogs feet get wiped before entering) How does dog do with other dogs, people, and children for walking purposes.
A typical day
I am a big fan of enrichment walks, anything that stimulates a dog mentally you will find me doing. I also enjoy fetch tug and hide and seek. Learning new tricks is very rewarding as well as training, especially when the weather is not at its best. Open to driving to a park on hot days to get outside on the grass
