Pet care experience
I have cared for my own dogs from the time they were puppies to senior dogs. That means house training, vet visits, proper vaccinations and nutrition. I also work at a professional kennel where I train puppies on basic obedience and care for the adult dogs. I am familiar with the medications for aging pets and the methods available to treat many illnesses. Dogs are treated and cared for just like family members in my home, because they are my family and I understand most people feel the same. I have cared for dogs with terminal illnesses before and given oral medications for many illnesses as well as flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. I am available for dog walks and drop in visits every day through the week for limited hours and anytime on the weekends. I can play games like fetch as well as provide other fun enrichment activities.

We recently had Lisa care for our chickens while we were out of town. Lisa came over before the trip to get instructions about feeding and proper care. She did an amazing job! She followed our instructions to the letter and even sent us some pictures while we were away to let us know that everything was going fine and the chickens were happy and healthy. We were at ease knowing that our livestock was taken care of while we were gone and we didn't need to worry about anything except enjoying our trip. Lisa is always easy to work with, responsible and extremely dependable when checking on and taking care of your family pets and farm animals. Her experience with multiple types of pets and livestock make her invaluable to us.
I have known Lisa for 35 years. She is a wonderful caring person and really loves animals. She is very detail oriented and will follow your instructions to the T. She has taken care of my little ones when they were puppies up to the end of their long lives. She is an expert at dispensing medicine when needed. You will not find a more trust worthy person than Lisa. Your family member will be in safe, loving, fun and capable hands.
Lisa is amazing, she truly loves animals and I would highly recommend her to look after your pets. She is always great with our dog Tess, she is very calm and compassionate with her and follows our instructions to keep her happy, healthy and safe. Lisa is patient and kind and treats other people’s pets just like they are her own. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else to look after our pets- and neither will you!
