Comfy vacation home for Cat

Pet care experience

Welcome to Beyond Stellar Pet Care! Hope the following Q/A would give you better information about my care. Q: Who we are? 10 years ago, I made a lifelong friendship with a wonderful old lady during college time. She took care multiple cats and completely transformed me into a cat lover. Now I have my own family and kids, all of us love cats, they are dear near to our hearts. Therefore, I want to create a safe and comfortable place to let our furry friends enjoy a great vacation just as you do. We do Day Care & Boarding only for Cats. Family Based, Family Love.

We use Lisa frequently to board our cat and as always, Lisa was fantastic. She is quick to respond to booking requests and making accommodations when needed. She is great about sending regular pics/videos. It is great to know our cat is in good hands.

Lisa is the best! She is caring and very experienced! I’m super impressed by the fact that she can read my cat’s personality so well! She kept us informed during the 6 day boarding period She is now my go-to cat sitter! Thank you Lisa

I had a last minute renovation being done and had to find a sitter last minute and lisa was amazing at communicating and being able to take care of my cat Yoshi. I have a cat that is quite shy and does not like new people, but with Lisa he instantly bonded with her and grew to be comfortable towards her. Having the ability to bond with cats who are more reserved is a talent ! Lisa also provided many high quality pictures and videos of Yoshi and constantly updated me throughout the day. I recommend Lisa to anyone who has cats with more needs or need certain attention, she is very friendly and I will definitely be booking again only with her !

Q: Do we mix cat from different families? No. We are home based, so in order to give enough attention and love to each guest, we don't want to board cats more than two families unless our loyal client is in urgent. Also, each cat has their own space, and have their free time to explore the common areas. It's best to keep the cat separated for safety reasons also to given them better territory sense without any stress from other cats. Depending on cat personality, for territory strong cat, we board one at a time. Q: How do they start the journey? For first time guest, I often start them either from the guest room (photo with the big teddy bear) or if they like to stay close - our master with us. So if they prefer quite time, they can perfectly have their own space :-) if they want pet, they can find human love in few feet away. Our rooms all have big window facing the street or high window they can watch bird or beyond. Out guests often like to either take sun bath or just watch outside. Once they feel confident enough, they are welcome to explore and play in any other places in the house. Q: What to prepare and to bring? Eating/Drinking/Sleeping: 1. I would encourage you bring her/his own food (dry & wet), bowls, bed/blanket/favorite toys that carry his/her scent. 2. If using drinking fountain at home, please make sure bring it over as some cats only drink from fountain. Litters: For short stay under 5 days, litter and litter box is OPTIONAL if you are NOT using any special ones or your cat is not too huge that only fits X-large litter box. I use "Sustainably Yours Natural Cat Litter" at home, so far works best for us. But feel free to bring yours if that helps to keep the habit. For littler like pellets, it's best bring your own to maintain the cat habit. Anything else feel free to bring it over, we have plenty room for these items. The whole purpose to make the environment as close as possible to what she/he used to. This will make them most comfortable, relaxed, and feel safer, just like they are on a vacation home, but it is still a home.

For our furry cat friends, they will be straightly kept indoor. There are plenty of places that are soft and comfy for them to hang out, plus we entertain them with toys and playtime. They are also welcome to take the sun bath in the guest room or patrol other places within the house.

Availability

Q: Schedule of drop-off/pick-up I have flexible schedule which you can drop off and pick up your loved ones. For Tues/Wed/Thur, would prefer early morning (before 9:30am) or evening (after 6pm). Regardless, feel free to contact me and we can work something out :) Currently, we only host Cat Lord. In July & August & Sept 2023, due to limited capacity, we may prioritize our catty friends that boarded before.
