Because we have grass, your dog needs to be on a flea mediation program. Please note we have a dog weight limit: I am no longer accepting new clients over 30lbs. Rover sets medium limit at 40lbs, and it is not adjustable. If your dog’s size is not accurate in profile, we will not accept at drop off. I ask that when sending a booking you specify drop off and pick up times within half hour time frame and no greater. If you need to adjust later that is ok! This is an appointment, and we plan accordingly. Early morning arrivals or late night pick ups is considered after hours so please ask first. We can be flexible but prefer between hours of 8am-8pm for requests unless special circumstance. PLEASE NOTE: if you run late for your drop off or pick up time and or want to pick up dog a day early this will only be changed under special circumstances . Treat this as an appointment.. your time is what you are agreeing to. It is an appointment. An extra charge will be added to delayed pick ups with no notice.
