Pet care experience
I've owned dogs (mostly rescue) and cats for most of my life. I've attended obedience classes with both older and puppy dogs. My daughter (who is 15) and I love animals of all kinds and we would be honoured and happy to care for your four-leggers when you can't. We live in the village of Swainsthorpe, so have lots of opportunities for long country walks. We don't have any pets at the moment, but occasionally care for my mum's Chihuahua.

Both my front and rear gardens are fenced in. I live in a community which is well away from the road (close to fields). All visiting pets will be allowed to sleep in the bedroom with me, but obviously in their own beds; they will also not be allowed on furniture in the living areas. I'm happy to accommodate a crate if your dog is used to that.

Availability
I'm a freelance medical writer, so I work from home. I like to get away from my desk often, so your dog will get plenty of exercise every day. There will also be other opportunities for dog-friendly outings on the weekends. Cats are also most welcome! In fact, any fur-ball will gets lots of attention and cuddles in our home.
