Pet care experience
I have had dogs (and cats) my whole life, I love animals of all kinds and wouldn’t have a home without them. We have a small poodle mix that runs around in a wheelchair. My family and I love taking her on walks through the neighborhood and spoiling her with back and belly rubs. Time with your pet will include daily brushing and belly rubs as well as a daily walk to the dog park in our neighborhood to get some more exercise . My kids love to teach dogs tricks or work on the ones they already know. Will take dogs on a walk once a day weather permitting. If high energy we may visit the dog park a couple of times as it is 40 feet from my back door. I will treat your pets like my own family. I will also help with cat care in your home as we are no longer able to accommodate cats here.

Your pet will be treated like my own pets and be a part of our daily routine depending on your wants for your pet, if you prefer them crated with specific times to get out and get exercise that is fine too. We are used to both situations and understand people have routines they like to keep with their pet .

Information Lisa S. would like to know about your pet
I’m ok with most breeds as long as they are not agressive to people or other pets. I will not be able to provide services for a pit bull as they are not allowed in our neighborhood . I can work with puppies on potty training but adult Dogs must be potty trained or crate/pad trained ( willing to wear a diaper wrap indoors if male) and friendly towards other dogs and kids.
A typical day
Walks will be in the nieghborhood around our home. Activities include: Running in the dog park, Playing ball, belly rubs, daily hair brush (if applicable) and working on a few tricks time permitting . Baths are negotiable with a small fee. I would need instructions on your pets usual feeding time and any other information that would help to take the best care of your pet while you are away.

I am currently working part time so I have a very flexible schedule as well as 3 teenagers who love to help out with animals .
