PJ and Lisa are a couple living in Bloomfield, NJ. They are pretty active outdoorsy adults, but also love those kick-back-and-relax kind of days. Both of which are much more fun with a dog! The couple rescued their first pup in May of 2018, a very sweet and playful baby, mixed breed 'island dog' from Puerto Rico. His name is Scout and he is the love of their lives. PJ grew up with his family dog, Casey, before he unfortunately passed away. He has also fostered multiple dogs in the past. Lisa (although grew up with cats) has been dog sitting for about 4 years. Although they both work full-time during the week, together their schedule and availability is pretty flexible. Contact them to find out more!

Lisa and PJ were great! They invited us over before the actual boarding date so that everyone could get acquainted first, and this really seemed to help my dogs be at ease the day I dropped them off for their stay. I received daily updates/photos, which helped to put my mind at ease as a first time Rover client. When I went to pick up my dogs, they seemed completely comfortable at their temporary home and with their dog sitters. I would recommend Lisa and PJ to anyone who wants a home-away-from-home for their dogs!

Lisa and PJ were absolute purrfection. I have never seen my dog so comfortable so quickly! They loved her and treated her as if she was their own! I will definitely be using their services again! So glad I found them!

Furthermore, anything the owner thinks is relevant for us to know about their furbabies (from eating habits and tricks to how well they get along with random people & random dogs on the street) we would greatly appreciate it and take it into full consideration when caring for your dog.
A typical day
We love to go on walks! Long, short, whichever your fur baby prefers. We live directly across the street from the entrance to Brookdale Park. It is perfect for long walks! Besides that, we are all about the outdoors: hiking, beach trips, walks or runs in the park, all of it! We would love to go on adventures together with your pup :)
