Hi, I'm Lisa! I'm an animal lover and caretaker by nature. I have two grown daughters and a grandson. I decided to start pet care to get out and have some fun in my spare time. I've always had at least 2-4 pets at home and they are what bring me joy. I'm a cat and a dog person, can't choose which I like more! I'd love to meet your pets and give you peace of mind that they're being cared for while you're out. I also have experience with saltwater fish care and rodents (rats, chinchillas, etc.)

Lisa has spent countless hours caring for and loving animals from all walks of life. I've seen her rehabilitate and take in pets that others have dismissed or written off as lost causes. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa as your pets caretaker while you're in need of care.
Lisa is a qualified applicant to provide animal care. She is skilled, as she has worked with several high profile dog trainers and handled service/working dogs. She thinks quick on her feet and is calm and collected in emergency situations. Most importantly, Lisa has a deep love and nurture for animals. For example, she once found a unweaned squirrel that had been abandoned. She worked with a local wildlife rehabilitation center to nurse the baby squirrel back to health and re-release it back to its habitat.
I’ve known Lisa for over 10 years. She has taken care of two of my Belgian Malinois’ for extended periods while I traveled overseas. She is trustworthy and great with animals. She has a calm, assertive energy and is comfortable with my high energy dogs. I highly recommend her.

A typical day
My neighborhood (Santa Monica off San Vicente) is great for dog walking. I also love the dog park in Westwood on Veteran, just south of Wilshire. I also have a dog treadmill at home that is great for rainy days or just getting some extra energy out!

Availability
I am generally free between 10-2 during the week and possibly weekends depending on any plans I may have. My free hours are best for someone who needs a mid-day walk while they're at work or a daily drop in visit for cats.
