Pet care experience
Although I've only been pet sitting with Rover a year and a half or so, I have been taking care of dogs since I was 5. I truly love dogs and will care for your furry family members as if they were my own. After a recent extended pet sitting experience and fostering with a rescue, I feel confident in my ability to help others by taking care of their dogs. I hope you'll give me the chance to get to know your pet. I am patient and kind and love playing or giving belly rubs to dogs if all sizes. But am also able to be firm and handle dogs who may not yet be perfectly behaved on walks etc. With me you can you can trust that your dog will be loved and well cared for.

Please let me know if there's anything I should know about your dog such as allergies(although I will never feed a dog anything not provided by their family), habits you'd like to work on correcting such as pulling on a leash etc, any major fears etc
A typical day
Care varies per dog and what you're looking for. Especially in the beginning I will stick to routines your dog is used to while they get comfortable with me. I will always check in after visits to make sure things are done as desires. Ie is your dog is a heavy sniffer, I will follow up to see if you'd prefer them to get more distance out of their walk or if its ok to let them stop and sniff. Some dogs live the cooler temps and dont mund rain so we'll do a full walk, other prefer to do business and then go back in to play with toys. It's really uo to you and your furry family member.

I'm currently not working outside of Rover. Flexible weekday scheduling available, weekends available to exosting clients only. Often available on very short notice. Not an early riser, so hours start after 8am.
