I would love to “Meet and Greet” you and your pet before booking a service for the first time to get to know your pet’s personality! Please see cancellation policy - Once booked, if you need to cancel the booking please do so at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a full refund: Seven Day • A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00 pm one week before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone. • If cancelled later than 12:00 pm one week before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.
