Lisa was amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She was very accommodating and picked up our dog last minute during Christmas. She then provided great care to our very shy and anxiety-ridden rescue dog, Archie. Lisa was extremely communicative and sent daily pics of Archie. Despite normally being a cowering mess, Archie seemed to be very comfortable with Lisa. It was nice to be able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing that Archie was in good hands.

Lisa is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about her. She's exactly the type of sitter you want looking after your dog: friendly, responsive, thoughtful, easy-going but completely professional, and polite. Like another reviewer, we too are Rover veterans with very high expectations thanks to a lot of experience on the sitter side of the app when we lived in Cincinnati. We moved to Baltimore just over a year ago but until now, I honestly hadn't found a local boarding situation for our Am-Staff/Frenchie(ish?) mix, Daisy, at a kennel or on Rover that I was comfortable with. I'm so glad we found Lisa! She responded almost immediately when I initially reached out- a quality I've noticed is weirdly rare among sitters in this area- and was super flexible about setting up a meet and greet time. She and her roommates could not have been nicer (and her adorable cat, Simba, could not have been more tolerant!) when we went over. That, plus the grassy, quiet setting of their apartment, gave us total confidence that this would be a great fit. So, we left Daisy with Lisa for a 8 days while went up to the mountains in Maine. VERY happy with that decision! Lisa went above and beyond in taking amazing care of Daisy, including sending frequent updates/pictures. Even though we were far away in a remote area, we never had to worry about how things were going, which meant we could totally relax and enjoy vacation! Daisy was happy, healthy, and tired when picked her up. It was obvious she'd had a great week...and was maybe a little bummed that she had to go home! Note: This is extra significant because our pup is naturally pretty anxious and tends to be something of a diva when it comes to attention and affection (enough is never enough). However, Lisa clearly provided an environment that put her at ease and satisfied her insatiable demand for fetch and snuggles. We're so grateful!!! Net: 10/10 would absolutely recommend Lisa. We look forward to booking with her again in the future!
