I have been an animal lover all of my life and have had many dogs over the years. Our last four dogs have been rescues from local shelters. I also adopted an ex-racehorse from Canter in 2004 and still have her. I am a certified animal massage therapist and a licensed human massage therapist. This means I hold a professional license in the state of Michigan and have passed background checks required by the state. My goal is to make sure animals in my care are safe, happy and healthy from a physical and emotional standpoint. I also practice a form of energy healing work called Reiki which animals respond to very well. For the past 16 years I have had my own business and have done bodywork on horses and dogs, so I am very familiar with handling large animals. I have experience with senior and special needs dogs. I have a very calm personality and animals generally take to me quickly. I am reliable, prompt and caring.
