I grew up with dogs in my home. I believe dogs become part of your family. I brought Mya and Deja into my home when they were only a few weeks old. They are now 12 years old. I took in Buster a few years ago when his owner no longer wanted to keep him and wanted to put Buster to sleep. Buster was attacked by Javelina's and needed surgery to repair his wounds. I paid for his surgery and took care of him while he was recovering. Since then I just didn't have the heart to rehome him. It makes me sad when I see a lost dog on the streets. I will usually try and help them find their home because I know they belong to someone who is missing them... I love all dogs, they make me happy :)
