Bringing Happiness To Pets 🐾💖
Pet care experience
💠 Hello! I offer pet care for when you’re not able to be there. I am available for drop-in visits, pet sitting, pet daycare, and also pet walking (even for cats!). 🚙 I currently provide pet care services for most of the Nassau County area and some parts of Nassau-Queens border. I am also able to travel to Manhattan with added transportation coverage. 🔹 I’m experienced with small breeds, or toy breeds, specifically Pomeranians, been around them all my life, including newborns and senior dogs who were raised as puppies. 🔹 Experienced with docile cat breeds, in particular Persian, Himalayan, Maine Coon and exotic cat breeds. 🔹 Have experience with Goldfish, Bettas and birds such as Budgies, so knowledgeable about care. 🐾 I’m intuitive and pay attention to picking up the different ways a dog or cat expresses nonverbal communication, they constantly give us cues. About Me: I own a color-point Persian cat who is over 6 years old that I enjoy spoiling. I can speak Italian, enjoy gardening, art & sewing, yoga & pilates. I’m a fan of the original Twilight movie.
Reviews
I have known Lisa all her life and know that she loves all animals but her favorites are cats and dogs. She cares for them and is very attentive to their needs. I remember giving her a small dog as a child and how great and patient she was in training and loving him throughout his life.
lisa was great! super nice and attentive to the pups! they came back from a walk tired and happy!

Information Lisa M. would like to know about your pet
➡️ Please let me know prior to my visit the following, if applicable about your pet: ✅ Feeding routine ✅ Does your pet have allergies? ✅ Preferences (ex. favorite toys, foods) ✅ Dislikes (ex. loud noises) ✅ Are they harness trained? ✅ Mobility issues (ex. some senior pets are not able to use the stairs and may need assistance, or they may not be able to jump on/off a couch) ✅ Dislikes towards other pets, such as dogs, or cats, etc. ✅ Have separation anxiety (sometimes pets exhibit separation anxiety when pet parents are away) ✅ If your pet will be crated, or needs to be confined to one room during a drop-in visit before I arrive to your home. ______________________________________ ♦️ For safety reasons, prior to my visit, all pets MUST be up to date (UTD) with rabies vaccination, no exceptions. ✳️ Also, it would be beneficial to know if your pet is currently on flea & heartworm medication, since I will be walking them outdoors, and also because I myself have a pet at home. ⏰ Reminder: For each booked walk or drop-in visit, Rover requires the sitter to record the start time and completion time, which is 30 minutes. I provide the best care and service possible for each booking and as a courtesy, go beyond the allotted time criteria given by Rover. ♦️ Please be informed in advance, that there are certain breeds of dogs I do not offer pet services to, along with pets that are aggressive, need professional training, have biting/nipping and resource guarding behavioral issues.
A typical day
✳️ I can play fetch/tug or teaser toys with your pet, do basic training with your pet using treats that are approved and provided by the owner. ✳️ I have a calm approach and always use positive reinforcement, you will find after a few weeks, your pet will be better at walking, more centered and disciplined. ✳️ Walks are usually near the vicinity of the owner’s home and/or at a nearby dog-friendly park. ? House Sitting Services: I currently offer daytime house sitting services starting from 9am to 1pm, I do not offer overnight sitting services. If you need me for a few hours in the evenings from 7pm till 9pm, that’s also a possibility. ✳️ Please be informed, although I am experienced with both dogs and cats, I do not currently provide training with correcting behavioral issues, or with dogs that may need specialized training.

🐾 I’m currently providing pet care for a King Charles Cavalier who has mobility issues, but he is such a big mush! I have enjoyed it so much that I am willing to look after a few more furbabies within my local area.
